#1. BlueTie Email Plan Consolidation and Smartbins | Effective May 1st 2011
Dear Valued BlueTie Customer,
Beginning May 1st, 2011 we will be updating all email accounts to our BlueTie Executive plan as we phase out other older plans. The BlueTie Executive Plan provides 10 GB mailboxes and much more including:
• Advanced Anti-Spam/Anti-Virus
• Mobile and Outlook Sync functionality
• Contacts, Calendar and Tasks sharing
• Instant Messenger
• Live phone and email customer support
• POP3, IMAP, SMTP integration
• 2 GB Smartbins file backup, sharing, and document management
Included in this plan is a Smartbins account - an intuitive cloud-based file backup, sharing, and document management solution. Smartbins enables users to tag files by subject matter instead of burying them in folders, provides the ability to share files with anyone they chose through secure password protected links, and includes a desktop sync utility to ensure your file backups are always current. As a part of this process, your monthly cost per user will be changing to $5.99. This change is not something we take lightly, but was required to continue to provide you the level of reliability you've come to know and expect from BlueTie.

#2. BlueTie Archive Pricing Changes | Effective June 1st 2011
Dear Valued BlueTie Customer,
Beginning June 1st 2011, the price of our email archive solution will become $6 a month per user. Our dedication to industry leading reliability has forced pricing adjustments necessary to maintain the level of professional service you have come to expect from BlueTie. We look forward to continuing to provide your business with reliable archive functionality at a price that is 33% less than the industry average of $9.
Our hosted archive solution is well integrated with our webmail application, captures all sent and received mail including attachments, and satisfies legal and business retention requirements such as SarbOx, FINRA, HIPAA. In an increasingly virtual world, our archive solution, as you know, can protect businesses like yours from potentially damaging law suits.
Along with this price change, we will be streamlining our email plan offering by discontinuing the BlueTie Archived Email Plan and transitioning those users to our BlueTie Executive Plan with Archive enabled for a new price of $11.99 a month or $129.5 a year.
Please note: All archive activity will be retained during this plan upgrade and users will experience no service disruption.
