The build is now complete and all systems are functioning as normal. The final procedure to be performed on our system has been scheduled for this evening, May 28th from 1am-4am EDT. During tonight's procedures, users will experience brief periods of inaccessibility to mail systems, including webmail and POP/IMAP via mail clients such as Outlook and Thunderbird. As we continue our build, the system has continued to improve and at this time, all systems are functioning as normal. There are other procedures to perform to ensure normal system functionality. We anticipate that more information about the timing of those procedures will be available in the next hour. The build is still currently underway however, there have been significant improvements to the system issues of this morning. Users are now able to login and slowness issues have subsided. IMAP and POP continue to work as normal. As we progress, we will continue to provide updates here.

Due to system issues this morning, users are experiencing intermittent system slowness and the inability to login via the web interface. As a result, BlueTie will be performing an emergency build beginning at 10am Eastern today. During this build, users may experience brief periods of slowness or system inaccessibility. Mail clients, such as Outlook or Thunderbird, with POP and IMAP capability will continue to work as normal. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve these issues.
