To configure the AOL toolbar:
1) Click Settings on the AOL toolbar
2) Click Pop-Ups in the Essentials tab
3) In the Web Pop-Ups tab of the Pop-Up Control Settings window, select Allow Web pop-ups from these sites
4) Enter the webmail address that is being blocked and click Add
5) Click Save
