During installation, you were prompted to select a profile or create a new profile. If you do not see your data, as expected, it is likely that you selected to create a new profile. Here are a few possible solutions:
1. You can combine your old profile data with your new profile data. You'll need to perform an import.
2. If you want to see your old data, but not import it, you can access this via If you go to your computer's Start Menu. Follow: Start menu>Control panel>Mail. From the popup window, select 'Show Profiles'. Next, select from the options to 'Prompt for a profile to be used'. This will allow you to select the profile that is opened when you first open Outlook and you can view your older Outlook data as well.
3. Another option you may choose to use would be to completely uninstall DirectConnect and then reinstall. When going through the setup wizard, instead of choosing to use a new profile you should choose the option to 'use existing profile'. Once this setup is complete the wizard will ask you if you would like to import your previous current Outlook information into the account. Choose 'Yes' and then select which data you would like to import. This will then give you one profile to work with within Outlook with all of the combined data.
