Why am I not able to send from my Outlook after I have set up DirectConnect?

Some service providers block access to port 25 which is the default outgoing server setting in DirectConnect.  We offer an alternative port to help users with this restriction.  To change your outgoing server port go to  the Direct Connect settings menu:

settings>transfer>advanced>server settings

Change your SMTP/outgoing port number from 25 to 5125.
