Under the Conflict Resolution section, why is the 'Check for new messages every _ minutes' greyed out?
The 'Check for new messages every _ minutes' is not enabled until you've successfully completed your first email sync. Once this has been done, the box will be enabled, checked, and set by default to check for new messages every 5 minutes.
