Step 1: Login to the web application
Step 2: Increase SPAM threshold if currently set too low
Step 3: Click on the junk message(s) from the Inbox
Step 4: Click the Flag As button
Step 5: Click Junk. This will add the email address to your blocklist and send a complaint to our customer complaints table
