Valid Email Going to Junk Folder

Step 1: Login to account
Step 2: Click on the Email icon
Step 3: Click on the Junk-Mail folder
Step 4: Click on the message that was flagged as junk
Step 5: Click the Flag As button
Step 6: Choose Not Junk to add the email address to the safelist
